Go outside and listen to, and smell the rain. Then, thank the heavens that it is falling on our parched state.

Samantha, I think more people need to leave comments on your blog even if they aren't of great substance. Like this one, for example. The house looks magnifique and the weather outside most delightful. However much you may THINK you miss snow, be assured that the 17 feet we have in Montreal got old after about 47 seconds of admiring the pretty flakes. And of course one fall on the icy sidewalk.

I do not envy you that weather. When I say "I want snow", it is more in the way of a slight dusting, or a ft. or two, that falls - of course - when convenient for me.
